I've been working on Nick Valentine's sketches lately, and one stood out enough that I wanted to make a digital version of it. Started as usual with the lineart, and my mood was really grey because I never find a brush that satisfies me, with the tablet and all.
But this time, miracle! Right under the first default brushes, there was the PERFECT BRUSH!
I used it and voilà! everything perfect, like in my wildest dreams where pictures come out how I actually imaginated them.
Then I went on, coloring and all. I was ready to close it all and call it a day when I thought:

Whoa, so many changes in these days, some good, some... not.
First thing first, maybe I've finally found a job. Well, technically it would only be a paid apprenticeship but for the moment and given the economic situation all over is more than I expected. This will however manage to put quite some obstacles on my art projects, since the work is done from "not so soon in the morning" to "not that late in the evening", which translated sounds much more like those damn hours when you usually do everything now are covered, and not even paid that much, but hey, that's how the world works nowadays unfortunately.
